Is there a backup of my settings?

Yes, Rofiles keeps an automatic local backup of its settings every day. Backups are stored here on the machine:

C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\ROFILES\Backup

What you’ll find

- One folder per day (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, …) containing the backed-up settings files.

How to restore a previous settings backup

1. Quit Rofiles before touching the files.
2. Copy the files from the chosen daily backup folder into the Rofiles root folder:
   C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\ROFILES
   (Overwrite when prompted.)
3. Start Rofiles again.

Notes and tips

• The ProgramData folder is hidden by default in Windows; paste the path into File Explorer’s address bar or enable “Hidden items” in View to see it.
• Always quit Rofiles before restoring to avoid configuration corruption.
