How do I back up or transfer Rofiles data to another computer/server?

What is included

• The backup contains your hot folders, settings, options, and license — everything stored in the Rofiles data folder.

Backup steps

1. Quit Rofiles on the source computer.
2. Copy the data folder to your backup device (USB, cloud storage, external drive):

                C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\Rofiles\

Restore steps on the new computer/server

1. Quit Rofiles on the destination machine.
2. Paste the backed-up folder to the same path:
   C:\ProgramData\Namtuk\Rofiles\
   (Overwrite if prompted.)
3. Start Rofiles.

Notes and tips

• The ProgramData folder is hidden by default in Windows. If you don’t see it, paste the path into the File Explorer address bar or enable “Hidden items” in View.

• Always quit Rofiles before copying or restoring the folder to avoid data corruption.
