Start with the advanced scheduler

Purpose

The advanced scheduler restricts when a monitored folder will run its scenario by setting day and hour ranges. Use it to limit processing to business hours, specific days, or any custom time windows.
This scheduler is OPTIONAL, if you don't set it, the folder scan will be done every x minutes / 24/7 (as defined in the folder properties). 

How to configure

1. From: choose the start day (Monday–Sunday) and the start time in 24-hour format (e.g 09:00).  
2. To: choose the end day (Monday–Sunday) and the end time in 24-hour format (e.g 18:00).  
3. Click the + button to add the range to the scheduler. You can add multiple ranges.

Behavior and examples

• A single range can span multiple days (for example: From Monday 09:00 to Wednesday 18:00).  
• You can define multiple disjoint ranges (for example: From Monday 09:00 to Wednesday 18:00, and From Friday 14:00 to Friday 18:00).  
• Ranges are evaluated in local server time; overlapping ranges are combined and do not cause duplicate processing.

Tips

• Use 24-hour times to avoid AM/PM confusion (e.g., 14:00 for 2 PM).
